We ship your order within 1-2  business days for those items in stock and ready to ship. For items made to order they will ship once production is completed.  Production takes 3-5 business days for custom order requests.
All USA orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or with USPS Priority, we also use UPS depending on the order size.
All orders are shipped with tracking information.  Canada shipping depends on a person's location and customs. All international buyers are responsible for the customs portion of their order.
We will accept returns if any items are broken or damaged within 14 days, you can choose store credit, repair, or a full refund. Please email us for instructions on how to start your return.

Handmade Policy
All of our items are ready to ship unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please note that each piece is designed by special hands which means each product may be a different shape or color because materials can and do change. Based on the creative nature, each item will look a little different. We appreciate all of our customer's patience while we create your piece.
