When will my items ship?
all orders take 5-7 business days Monday-Friday to process. Items that are in stock and ready to ship will ship out after two days of processing and will reach you within 5-7 days depending on where you live. We ship from Georgia Monday-Friday no weekends or major holidays.

Items that are made to order will be a 2-3 weeks total process from start to finish. We work closely with our customers on custom-made products. We will reach out via email throughout the entire process to ensure you are happy with any changes or ideas we have.
How do we ship?
We ship using the United States Postal Service most of our customers receive their packages within 2-3 business days remember that does not include Sundays or major holidays. We also use UPS for our larger packages UPS ships and delivers within 2-7 business days depending on where you are in the world. All of our products ship with tracking confirmation once your order is fulfilled you will be notified with a email that will include your tracking information.
What is your return policy?
We stand by all of our products and offer a 14 days return policy. Please reach out to us via-email or by our live chat Monday-Friday 9a.m - 5pm EST time. We will offer you a replacement, exchange, or a full refund. We want all of our customers 100% satisfied with their purchases. Our customs can only be replaced as they are designed per the customers visions.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and we also offer our customers who are approved to make payments on their purchases using Affirm and Afterpay. Simply Spoken does not make the decision if our customers are approved through the third parites who offer the after pay payment plans. They have their own rules and policies.
